To start off, I seriously need to get rid of some extra poundage that has snuck up on me over the last few years. Must have something to do with my age getting stuck at 29 for the last 5 years and forgetting to watch what I stick in my mouth. Anyhow, my goal here is to log (as often as possible) One Good Thing I've done to impove myself and one bad thing. This will hopefully inspire myself and others to keep doing good, and stop the bad. In the process, goals should be added to keep it going. We will see how it goes. So...here's yesterdays good and bad:
Good~I increased my intake of water. Not by much but I tried to fill the water bottle up one extra time (and actually drink the whole thing). I haven't been doing so good at drinking the water I should so this is also going to be my goal for the week.
Bad~I tried to get back to writing down all my food consumed but failed in the evening. So far so good todya but must keep tracking. Another bad, instead of 1 cup of rice I ate 2. And I don't want to say it out loud but it was fried rice, not the healthy kind. Double bad.
Reminder to self-drink more water!

The water thing is tricky. I used to try to fill up my 8 oz. glass of water every hour but I ran to the bathroom just as often. Where I am working that makes drinking that much hard. But that is a great place to start. I think that is one of the things that helped me make it over that first hump.
