Good: Let's see. So yesterday I did drink more water like I promised myself. Could stand to drink more though. Went for a walk even though that was absolutely the last thing I wanted to do last night. Felt better when I was done anyways.
Bad: actually didn't eat enough yesterday. Didn't realize it until today when I had to backtrack everything I ate, because I once again didnt log it all. It's all logged now but gotta keep up today.

Good for you! You have to just make yourself do 10 or 20 minutes of something just to say you did it for the day. That's great!!
